Historical Whirligig Issues

Listed below are PDF files that contain scanned copies of the Whirligig from a number of years, including the edition where it was temporarily renamed the "Legioneer" (June 21, 1988). You must have the Adobe Acrobat reader software to view these files.

It should be noted that for many years the Whirligig was not topic-moderated, so some of the content contained in these issues may be totally unrelated to Boys State, and could be controversial. However, we feel that the historical value of these issues makes them worth posting for you to download. The content does not reflect the views and/or opinions of The American Legion and/or its affilliates. In fact, they probably don't reflect the opinions of their authors anymore either.
