Attorney General Myles Martin will defend Boys State University in a case against them for sexual assault. The assault took place at the fraternity Delta Phi Gamma. Plaintiff Mary Ann Dorsen Is suing the University for Gross Negligence for $6 million. Martin does not have qualms about fighting the victim. “I am sorry that this has happened,” he said, “but I have to do my job.” Martin claims that the university is not in charge of the fraternity, and is not liable for anything that transpires within them. Martin says that if it is taken to court and the university wins, Dorsen will receive nothing.
