Board of Trustees in Lawsuit

The Board of Trustees and the Attorney General were in negotiations Wednesday morning, over a lawsuit that was brought against the Board of Trustees. The lawsuit was brought over allegations of racial preference practiced during the operations of the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees was unwilling to provide comment at this time.
