Scarborough River Contamination

The State Department of Environmental Equality has sent out a final notice to Harrison City. The city has been cited for polluting the Scarborough River with raw sewage. Harrison City needs to construct a sewage storage containment system or face harsh penalties. The financial penalties are minor compared to the environmental damage being done.
