Boys State University’s Board of Trustees sues Playboy

The Board of Trustees sued Playboy today for allowing a BSU student to wear a BSU logo on her photo shoot. This is considered a trademark infringement. The Board of Trustees hired prosecuting attorney Christian Henes, of Van Buren, to bring the case against Playboy. The suit was for $36,000,000 dollars, and the case was settled today. BSU now has money to build a better stadium to bring more students to BSU. As for the girl from the Playboy photo-shoot, she will receive a $100 dollar fine and a slap on the wrist for using the BSU logo. She is in no way being punished for being in Playboy due to the fact that doing such acts are freedom of expression.
