To the residence of Buchanan City, the Buchanan City Council is proud to inform you that the recent water treatment issue is no longer a problem. We are currently building a new water treatment plant, which pumps fifteen thousand gallons per day, or thirty-one gallons per ten thousand residents. This is nearly triple the capacity of the old plant. We hope this will work to your advantage, if not, please contact the complaint committee. Thank you and have a nice day.

Thanks again,
Buchanan City Council
