Here are some 'official' Michigan Boys State materials that are approved for distribution and promotion of Boys State. Please feel free to print out and distribute these as needed. You will need the free Adobe Reader to view these files. Thanks for your support!

Note: Unfortunately, many of these items have not been updated since the move to Northwood University, so there may still be references to MSU in there. We will try to update these for next year, as its slightly late for this year.

Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation - This is a small, short PowerPoint presentation that you may find useful when presenting Boys State to your organization, club, or high school. Its short, attention grabbing, and a must have for your next meeting about Boys State! Can be used with any computer that has Microsoft Word installed, Mac or PC. Also should work with OpenOffice, a free Microsoft Office alternative. To use, right click and save the file to your computer.

Promotional Brochure - This attractive brochure (preview shown at left) is targeted for students and sponsors alike. The brochure contains a set of frequently asked questions about Boys State, and how to find more information about it. This brochure prints out equally well in black and white, and in color. We recommend color printing for a more professional and effective look. Highly recommended for distribution to students, parents, and school counselors/staff.

Boys State promotional poster - Use this poster to inform students where they can find more information about attending this years session of Boys State! Recommended for posting in posts, schools, and other gathering places.

Updated! Informational promotional brochure - This promotional brochure contains essentially the same information the other brochure, except it also contains the addresses and phone numbers of the Boys State committee members. This brochure is especially recommended for distribution to post members.
