The goals for the Boy's State University Board of Trustees are diverse in shape in form. They include such things as:

-Preparing and readying students to enter the workforce.

-Increase student enrollment.

-Developing and building strong education standards.

-Maintaining good relations with the BSU faculty, staff, and students.

-Maintain NCAA Divison 1A status.

-Expanding to secondary campus locations

-Improving the BSU image.

-and finally, learning to beter serve the Boy's State population.
